What You’ll Do:
- Be a key part of the team that are driving customer excellence to achieve sales revenue focusing on being the customer champion, optimizing outcomes for joint benefit of Oneweb and its clients
- Fully involved with the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation/management, CRM management (salesforce),
- Work closely with the Commercial Development team on business intelligence
- Focus on being customer-centric, working with the Product Development teams building and presenting User Cases.
- To work on the company's most critical and important accounts across the region.
- Constantly hunting and driving the sales into core areas, as well as into new emerging markets.
- Provide Program Management support of the accounts, helping identify hurdles to deliver revenues.
- Manage both direct and indirect sales channels and help drive a service model business
What It Takes:
- Be able to work directly with the internal stakeholders, as well as via regional partners, to help hunt and drive sales.
- Quickly know all about our customer's business structure, the suppliers, revenues, trends and of course our competitors.
What We’d Love:
- Be an expert not just selling to, or through, but also in tracking all phases of customer onboarding and being an integral part of their success
- Demonstratable experience and success in direct sales, especially in a strategy, consultancy, sales-type role
- The ability to sell solutions in either Telco, VSAT, Satcom, Internet business sector
- Ideally to come from an end customer background, you will truly know what our customers want and need
- Ownership mindset
- Expert in hunting, driving pipeline management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with strong synthesis skills.
- An agile approach to thinking and solution finding
